Building resilience through mental fitness

In this workshop, we will explore how to intentionally strengthen our natural resilience using tools from the world of mental fitness.

Many of us are currently navigating a new and sometimes unpredictable reality — adjusting to life in a new country while also coping with uncertainty, disruptions to daily life, and the stress that can come with the current situation.

In this session, we will learn practical tools to recognise and quiet our inner “saboteurs,” while activating our inner “superpower” — the part of us that brings clarity, strength, and resilience.

Together, we’ll explore how everyday moments of stress or challenge can become opportunities for growth, helping us develop the positivity, flexibility, and inner steadiness we need to navigate a demanding reality and find our footing within it.

About the Workshop Facilitator:
Rebecca Fishman is a psychological coach, lecturer, and facilitator who has been working with leaders, managers, and teams in the global high-tech industry for 16 years. Rebecca has a particular interest in cultural intelligence, interpersonal dynamics, and psychological resilience, and an obsession with building inner strength.
