Rabbi Osnat Eldar

Rabbi Osnat Eldar is an educator, poet, and Reform rabbi whose work brings people into meaningful encounter with Jewish texts, culture, and one another. She is passionate about connecting words and people, accompanying individuals and communities at significant crossroads in their lives, and creating new expressions rooted in the ancient sources of Jewish and Israeli tradition.

Osnat holds degrees in Hebrew Literature and Bible from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was ordained as a Reform rabbi in 2020. A graduate of the prestigious Revivim program, she has devoted her career to Jewish and experiential education, developing innovative ways to make tradition accessible, relevant, and alive for contemporary audiences.

A published poet, Osnat is the author of Miriam’s Well, her first collection of poetry. She is married to Daniel and is the mother of three daughters.
