Author and Rabbi Ilene Schneider is coming to Beit Daniel

Rabbi Ilene Schneider, award winning author and one of the first women to be ordained as a Rabbi in the U.S., will be coming to Beit Daniel.

Rabbi Schneider is the author of a series of delightful murder mysteries whose protagonist is Rabbi Aviva Cohen – a fifty-something twice divorced woman who loves Mel Brooks, Milky Ways and matzo balls, and uses her rabbinic training and quick wit to uncover the plot each time.

Her two other highly acclaimed novels are “Talk Dirty Yiddish: Beyond Drek” and “Talking Dirty-in Yiddish?”
