High Holy Days at Beit Daniel 5787
As we prepare to welcome a new year, we do so with a renewed sense of hope. This past year has brought profound pain and uncertainty, but it has also reminded us of the strength, resilience, and compassion within our communities. With all the hostages now home, we can begin to look forward—not forgetting what we have endured, but carrying those lessons with us as we work toward a more peaceful and hopeful future.
As we gather for the High Holidays, we give thanks for the return of the hostages and pray for healing for all those who have been affected by these difficult years. We look ahead with optimism, committed to building an Israel where Jewish life is open, inclusive, and meaningful for all. The Daniel Centers for Progressive Judaism continues to be a beacon of light for all who seek a spiritual home to practice and celebrate their Judaism.
During this sacred season of reflection, your love, generosity, and dedication enable us to provide a safe and welcoming haven for Israelis and visitors alike. With the High Holidays approaching, please find below the schedule of prayers and related events. Together, we will pray, sing, reflect, and prepare ourselves for the year to come.
Please note that we expect our synagogue to be filled to capacity at Beit Daniel. We kindly request that all guests send their names and the number of people attending services to our office in advance.
If you are unable to join us in person, we invite you to connect with us through our Facebook livestream, or to consider making a donation. Your generosity allows us to hold these services for the entire community, free of charge.
